Description of problem:

Preupgrade check with leapp is not invoked from Satellite WebUI when executed from All Hosts Page (New UI). However, a banner is generated that mentions 'Preupgrade check with Leapp job has been invoked'

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go Satellite WebUI >> Hosts >> All Hosts >> Click New UI

2. On New UI >> Select Host(s) from the List >> Click Schedule a Job >> Preupgrade check with Leapp

3. Check the Jobs page or Tasks on the Satellite server. The job was never invoked.

4.  Verify from the host command line that leapp preupgrade logs were never created.

Actual behavior:

The Rex job for Leapp preupgrade check was never executed. This issue does not happen when the job is executed from 'Legacy UI'

Expected behavior:
The Rex job should be invoked.
