Problem Statement

After creation of a Host Collection, when trying to add Hosts to it or removing Hosts from Host Collection, Audit logs of the task are not being generated on Satellite. 

When making any changes related to Host Collection i.e., its name or host limit, Audit logs for this task is being recorded and shown as Host Collection Update. But the same for adding or removing Hosts from Host Collection is not being recorded. 

 
Audits of host getting added to or removed from Host collection should be done properly.
 
User Experience & Workflow
Perform below steps to re-create the defect :- 

• Register a host with satellite
• Create a host collection
• Add the host to host collection
• Remove the host from host collection
• Change something else in host collection e.g. host limit or it's name itself
• Remove the collection

Actual Behavior:-

No events are logged for {{Hosts being Added to Host collections or being removed from Host collections. }}

Expected Behavior:-

Audits of host getting added to or removed from Host collection should be done properly.

Requirements

Audit logs of Host being added or removed from Host Collection should also be recorded so that users can monitor which user is making changes to a Host Collection and keep track of it. 

If the feature of Audit logs for Hosts from Host Collection is being added, it would be useful for users to keep track of their other users activities and who performs what actions.

Required for auditing requested by the end-user.
