      Description of problem:

      Refreshing a subscription manifest doesn't extend the expiration date to one year from the current date in the First go.

       

      How reproducible:

      Refreshing a subscription manifest in the Satellite.

       

      Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      NA

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Refreshing a subscription manifest in the Satellite web UI.
      2. After multiple attempts it extends the expiration date

       

      Actual behavior:
      Refreshing a subscription manifest doesn't extend the expiration date to one year from the current date in the first go. After trying multiple REFRESH, it extends the date

       

      Expected behavior:

      Refreshing a subscription manifest should extend the expiration date to one year from the current date in the first REFRESH.
