      Description of problem:

The 'kernelcmd' parameter does not work as expected when set on a host provisioned by Red Hat Satellite.

For instance, when setting the 'kernelcmd' parameter with the value 'nouveau.modeset=0   rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau   ipv6.disable=1' on the host, only  'ipv6.disable=1' makes it to the host.

The host is provisioned using the 'Kickstart Default PXELinux' provisioning template.

      How reproducible:

      Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      No.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Set the 'kernelcmd' parameter with the value 'nouveau.modeset=0   rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau   ipv6.disable=1' on a discovered host.

      2. Try to provision the host.

      Actual behavior:

Only  'ipv6.disable=1' makes it to the host and takes effect. 'nouveau.modeset=0   rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau' do not take effect.

      Expected behavior:
The value of the 'kernelcmd' parameter as a whole should take effect, not only part of it.
