      Description of problem:
      --------------------------------

When we install a fresh RHEL-8/9 machine to install Red Hat Satellite on it, the "chrony" package is installed by default on it, and is not required to be installed separately. The "chronyd" service is also enabled by default.

Thus, we do not need the following section in our official documentation -

          https://content-preview.docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.16/html-single/installing_satellite_server_in_a_connected_network_environment/index#synchronizing-the-system-clock-with-chronyd_satellite

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Red Hat Satellite 6.16

      Actual results:
      -------------------

The official document contains the instructions to install "chrony" package, and to configure "chrond" service after installing Red Hat Satellite. However, the package is installed and the service is configured by default, once the RHEL-8/9 machine is created.

      Expected results:
      -----------------------

Following section should probably be removed from the official documentation -

          https://content-preview.docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.16/html-single/installing_satellite_server_in_a_connected_network_environment/index#synchronizing-the-system-clock-with-chronyd_satellite

      Additional Info:
      -----------------------
