Description of problem:

Till Satellite\Capsule 6.15, if we go and check the sync status of the capsule, ( assuming the last sync was successful ), It will show "Capsule is synchronized".

In Sat 6.16, we show it as "Smart proxy is synchronized" where "Smart Proxy" is a Katello term and used upstream, and "Capsule" is a downstream term used in RH Satellite\Capsule product.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install a Satellite and Capsule 6.16 ( Snap 3 )

2. Add Library env to capsule for syncing

3. Sync some repos in satellite

4. Wait for the auto-triggered capsule sync to be completed. 

5. Go to Infrastructure --> Capsules --> Click open the external Capsule and notice the message under the "Content Sync" section at right. 

Actual behavior:

Smart proxy is synchronized
Last sync: 2024-09-10 19:54:55 +0530

Expected behavior:

Capsule is synchronized
Last sync: 2024-09-10 19:54:55 +0530

Business Impact / Additional info:

This is just a cosmetic issue but not a blocker. 

The same issue exists if we click on "Synchronize" dropdown on that page and see the description for "Reclaim Space" action
