Description of problem:

When provisioning a new system, everything finishes as expected, but the system is still in Hosts Statuses as Pending

How reproducible:

100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

The customer is facing it on 6.13 and I was able to mimic it on 6.15.z

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Setup your Satellite to proceed with the provision

2. Deploy a new system

3. Check the Monitor - Hosts Statuses

Actual behavior:
The new machine will be listed as Pending installation

Expected behavior:
The new machine is expected to be listed under Installed
