      Goal:

      • Track progress on doc tickets with a customer case attached that result in Content Improvements defined under ContentX.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Included tickets result in a content improvements.
      • By attaching the ContentX_CY24 label, we are committing to fixing these bugs before the end of 2024.

      Open questions:

      Tickets to be included:

Not every ticket with a customer case will be eligible for ContentX Content Improvements. Not elligible for ContentX are mere bug fixes or updates to parts of documentation that don't get enough page views.

For example, tickets that follow this path do count under ContentX Content Improvements:

      1. A customer hits and issue and creates a case.
      2. Support engineers look up the related docs, realize that current documentation does not apply/is incomplete/is incorrect/etc.
      3. Support engineers file a ticket with a suggestion for improvement.

Doc tickets that follow the above described path address a real customer pain point and, ideally, prevent similar customer cases in the future, which makes them eligible for ContentX.
