Description of problem:  Incorrect Pulp_manifest package present in Chapter Manage Content doc of Satellite 6.16

1. Go to  Chapter 14.2. Creating a remote source for a custom file type repository under Point 3 below command is present 

 
# dnf install pulp-manifest
 

2.  While reviewing engineer document -> there is no package listed named "pulp-manifest" inside the All Packages Tab.

3.  Below are the packages available in above engineering All package list page but not             pulp-manifest

4. So as per my understanding in the Chapter 14.2 of Satellite 16 the command should like below, just like it shows for document of 6.15 

                dnf install python3.11-pulp_manifest-3.0.0-5.el8pc.noarch.rpm
