Description of problem:

In Red Hat Satellite (RHS) 6.15.3 running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.10, the hypertext "About subscription watch" on the page

which states: 404 Page not found The page you're trying to find was either removed, moved, or maybe the URL isn't quite right. Back to home

I can see the same issue in satellite 6.16 where the URL is incorrect

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to satellite GUI --> Configure --> RH cloud --> Inventory Upload

Actual behavior:

Expected behavior:

It should redirect to the below URL
