I found two things that seems to be incorrect in the Satellite documentation about Host-Based subscription usage.
The first one is about the chapter 3. Unless the customer uses a KVM-based hypervisor, all this chapter is useless, even if SCA is disabled. If the customer's hypervisor is an ESXi or Hyper-V, he won't be able to see them in the satellite before creating and deploying the virt-who configuration. Furthermore, there is a statement in this chapter that can lead to misunderstanding. It says: "You must register a hypervisor before configuring virt-who to query it". No, the hypervisors (at least in case they are ESXi or Hyper-V) will be shown in the Satellite only after Virt-Who config deployment.
The second error is about a step-by-step present in the chapter 5.1. The fifth step says: "Copy the script to the hypervisor". It isn't correct, because this script has to be run in the virt-who server, not the hypervisor. By the way, it seems to me that 5.2 (satellite server) and 5.3 (separate RHEL server) already cover all the scenarios related to virt-who configuration deployment. I didn't get what the procedure 5.1 intends to cover
