Description of problem:

When we initiate the capsule optimize sync manually and its tasks end with the warning but in the following path, Content Sync shows that Smart Proxy is Synchronized, even though the last sync was failed. 

How reproducible:

Initiate the Capsule Optimize Sync from the following path.

Satellite WebUI --> Infrastructure --> capsule.example.com --> Synchronize --> Optimized Sync

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Satellite version is 6.16.0 and the Capsule version is 6.15.2

2. Initiate the Capsule Optimize Sync from the following path.

Satellite WebUI --> Infrastructure --> capsule.example.com --> Synchronize --> Optimized Sync
 
Actual behavior:
It appears in the below path as:

Content Sync

Smart proxy is synchronized
Last sync: 2024-09-05 04:32:10 +0530
Expected behavior:

If Sync is incomplete or failed it should show the correct result.
