Ansible Role assigned to hostgroup runs automatically during registration of the host using Global Registration Template

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Register a host of any version with Red Hat Satellite server.

2. Create Hostgroup "Test"

3. Import any Ansible Role on Red Hat Satellite server.

4.  Assign Ansible Role to the Hostgroup  "Test"

5. Register the host using Global Registration Template while selecting  the "Test" Hostgroup

Actual behavior:
Ansible Role runs automatically after registration of the host.

Expected behavior:
Ansible Role should not run automatically after registration of the host
