Description of problem:

 Registration script in Satellite 6.16 still shows host not subscribed though subscription model is removed for this version.

How reproducible:

 Always.

Register a host with global registration template. It will show:

Installed Product Current Status:
Product Name: Red Hat Enterprise Linux for x86_64
Status: Not Subscribed

Expected behavior:
[Describe what should be happening instead]

The global registration template should be modified so that the subscription status should not be displayed.
