      Description of problem:

On whichever page of Satellite 6.16 WebUI the forward and backward navigation arrows are present to check records from different pages, it's misbehaving whenever the count of records exceeds the per_page value.

      How reproducible:

      Always

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Yes. It is a regression and Sat 6.15 does not have this behavior

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install a satellite 6.16 and import a valid subscription manifest

      2. Set the value of "Entries per page" to 30

      3. Enable 30+ ( 31 ) repos in the satellite WebUI

      4. Navigate to Content --> Red Hat Repositories page

      5. Either for the Available Repos or for the Enabled Repos, Click on the ">" arrow and observe the behavior

      Actual behavior:

      • No back arrow to get back to first page
      • The data of the second page loaded but the count is not properly reflected

This happens on every other page where we have the per_page navigation present

Check the screenshots for more details.

      Expected behavior:

We should be able to see the right record count per page and able to go back and forth between the first and second pages as we want.
