Description of problem:

The description of HTTP(S) Proxy settings says "Set a Capsule for all outgoing HTTP(S) connections from Satellite."

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Administer > Settings > General tab

2. Look at description of HTTP(S) Proxy setting

Actual behavior:
It says "Set a Capsule for all outgoing HTTP(S) connections from Satellite."

Expected behavior:

It should say "Set a proxy for all outgoing HTTP(S) connections from Satellite."
