Description of problem:

Issue when registering rhel6 content host, the location is not set as expected, the machine will be registered in a different location

How reproducible:

100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No idea.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install sat615

2. Create a second location

3. Create the global registration, pointing to the new location

4. Register the rhel6

Actual behavior:
It will get registered on Default Location

Expected behavior:
Be registered on the new Location
