      Description of problem:

      Katello points to the upstream guide Managing_Content in the Products_and_Repositories_content-management section. This should point to the downstream documentation.

      How reproducible:

       Always

      Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      I don't have a Satellite at hand to go through the steps.

      Actual behavior:

      It uses /links/manual?root_url=https://docs.theforeman.org/$version&section=Managing_Content/index-katello.html#Products_and_Repositories_content-management and foreman_theme_satellite doesn't have a replacement for this.

      Expected behavior:

      It should link to https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite/6.15/html/managing_content/importing_content_content-management#Products_and_Repositories_content-management
