Description of problem:

Removing a Content View value set on a host group requires to edit the group twice.

How reproducible:

100% in stream snap 70 & 6.15.3 snap 1.

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

No
It is also present in 6.15.3

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Configure -> Host Groups -> Create Host Group

2. Fill ans submit with these values:
Name: group1
Lifecycle Environment: Library
Content View: Default Organization View

3. Edit group1 and remove values for Lifecycle Environment and Content View.
Submit.

4. Edit group1 and check the value of the Content View select.

Actual behavior:

The value is still set to 'Default Organization View'

Expected behavior:

The value should be blank.

Business Impact / Additional info:

To remove the CV value, you need it to edit the group again (as in step 4), remove the value again and submit. After then the CV value is blank.
