      Description of problem:

Documentation about doing leapp upgrade on a disconnected Satellite doesn't specify that RHEL8 and Satellite 6.11 for RHEL8 repositories should be hosted on an external web server. It's a requirement and there is no way around. It's not possible to mount ISOs locally and use local access instead of http. It's should be hosted on a webserver.

The current documentation jumps straight to configuring .repo files and specifying baseurl=http://server.example.com/... without explaining that it's the only way. Leapp upgrade is executed in a chrooted environment and it's not possible to access locally mounted ISOs.
