Description of problem:
An user authenticated from ldap with same settings in email preferences gets fewer emails
How reproducible:
create two users:
- first user: authenticated from external ldap-source and attached a local user group "satellite-admin" which includes a role with activated administrator checkbox (as only role)
- second user: local/internal authenticated user with role "administrator" enabled
E-Mail preferences for both users:
- Host errata advisory: daily <- works for both users
- Sync errata: subscribed <- only local-authenticated user get emails
Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:
cannot answer, because this issue is first observed in 6.15.2
Steps to Reproduce:
1. with version pre 6.15 the ldap-authenticated user was created and assigned role administrator; all rights were granted and the user can work normally
2. updated to 6.15, 6.15.1 and now 6.15.2
3. set email preferences for user, but no mails for "Sync errata" arrived
4. set up second user as local user with role admin
5. set email preferences for second user to same settings as first user
Actual behavior:
- both users get daily emails for "Host errata advisory" delivered to their mailbox
- only second user (local) gets emails for "Sync errata" when a repository has new errata after daily synchronization.
Expected behavior:
- both users should get "Sync errata" after synchronization of new errata
Business Impact / Additional info:
- no real impact;
- I just created a local user with subscribed "Sync errata" and an alias email-adress to my mailbox.
