Problem Statement

Notify the admin when there is a new version of Satellite available, greater than the one that is running.

The customer needs to check on the red hat portal, just to confirm what is the latest version, or even, check via foreman-maintain ..., but for the sake of user experience, receiving an email and/or being notified via alert on the main page should be the must.

This is for sure, a nice improvement in user experience.
