Description of problem:

when trying to install rubygem-foreman_scap_client-0.6.0-1.el8sat.noarch.rpm from the client repo snap 19, I get:

Package rubygem-foreman_scap_client-0.6.0-1.el8sat.noarch.rpm is not signed
The downloaded packages were saved in cache until the next successful transaction.
You can remove cached packages by executing 'yum clean packages'.
Error: GPG check FAILED
