Problem Statement

Have satellite host contain a field that indicates when the last package transaction completed. Many customers ask me for custom reports that include a field similar to "last patched datetime". This feature would meet those requests also it would serve as an indicator of how frequently systems are under maintenance or which systems have not been patched in a given time period. i.e. "Stale Hosts"

User Experience & Workflow

This attribute would be displayed on the Hosts overview tab as part of 'Recent Communications' widget and potentially on "Content Overview" tab under the "Content" tab.
The attribute would be accessible to reports as part of the available Host fields.

Requirements

package modified/ installed time would need to be gathered by katello-host-tools (it may already do this)

Business Impact

Business impact would be negligable. I think that this may be low hanging fruit and certainly would be valuable to customers.
Customers would likely try to hack away around this to get the data that they want, like custom ansible facts, etc.. leading to frustration, etc..
