Description of problem:

cloning a hostgroup in UI does not prefill form values with data from the original hostgroup

always, 6.15 only

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

yes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. create a hostgroup in satellite UI, fill in lce and cv

2. clone the hostgroup, observe the new hostgroup dialog for the cloned hg

Actual behavior:
no value is prefilled

Expected behavior:
values are copied over from the original hostgroup
