Tested on: Satellite 6.15.2 snap 1.0

Steps followed:

1. On a Satellite, have a manifest and RHEL + Client repos synced
2. Create Activation Key (AK)
3.  In WebUI, go to Hosts -> Register Host
4. Set insecure, select the AK -> click on Generate
5. On the host, run the generated command
6. In Hosts -> All hosts, Admin User is present as Owner
7. hammer host info --name <FQDN> | grep -i owner
   Owner: Admin User
   Owner Id: 1
   Owner Type: User

Verified that the Admin User is set correctly both on the Web UI and the CLI
