Improve the release notes (SAT-24639), focusing on the following issues:

• Individual RNs must be clearly written and follow our style guidelines
• RN sections must have subsections, if necessary. This needs to be configured in the aCoRNs yaml files.
• RNs must be reviewed in their entirety and not just as RN fields in Jira tickets, to ensure that they are consistent and well-organized.

Improve the Upgrade guide (TBD). The Upgrade guide was recently reorganized, so it will require fewer changes.
