Description of problem:

When customizing errata via host collection, it's presenting the legacy form of job, with 2 job templates

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Satellite

2. Create a host collection, and add a content host

3. Click on the host collection, then click on Errata Installation

4. Pick one of them, after that, Install Selected drop down menu

5. Click on "via remote execution - customize first"

Actual behavior:
In this page, you will see katello and job category, and 2 dropdown menus for job template

Expected behavior:
Just one dropdown menu, where the customer could select via ssh or ansible

Also, in 6.15, I was expecting this page to be the new wizard and not the legacy one.
