      Description of problem:

When you have "Any Organization" selected and attempt to select Content View Environments from the Manage Columns dropdown, the page will throw an error, as it doesn't provide an organization for the request.

      How reproducible:

      100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

      No

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Register a host with multiple Environments
`subscription-manager register --environments Env1/cv1,Env2/cv2` for example

      2. Make sure the new All Hosts page, and Multi-cv is enabled in Settings

      3. Navigate to the All Hosts page, and select Content View Environments from the Manage Columns button.

      Actual behavior:
Upon reload, the page displays no columns, and the Content section of Manage Columns disappears.

      Expected behavior:
The column containing the Content View Environments popover should display.
