Description of problem:

Due to bad naming, a lot of users don't understand that when you set up an alternate content source, that then becomes the primary location from which the content is synced. The Satellite or upstream url is used as a fallback in case the alternate content source is not available. 

Should add a note in the "Managing alternate content sources" chapter to clarify this.
