Description of problem:

Customer did "satellite-installer --scenario=satellite --puppet-runmode=none" command  Because they do not use this.

   But after that satellite-installer was done, "--puppet-runmode" was still in service.

    --puppet-runmode      Select the mode to set up the puppet agent. (current: "service")
   ```

C)
I am thinking that puppoet is depreciated and its default setting is disabled. So It does not work in Sat 6.14.

By default, Satellite does not have any Puppet integration configured. You need to enable the integration as is appropriate for your situation. This means that you can configure Satellite to manage and deploy Puppet server on Satellite Server or Capsule Servers.

But when confirming by the "satellite-installer --scenario satellite --full-help |grep puppet-runmode" command, It is in service.
I think the puppet is not working now , So It is a bug for displaying.

I am talking with a support engineer and reached the conclusion that It may be better fro removing puppet-runmode from the satellite-installer command on the satellite.
