Description of problem:

When executing leapp preupgrade, in the report, we can't select the remediation

How reproducible:

100%

Is this issue a regression from an earlier version:

It's acting like this since 6.13

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install satellite

2. Register a content host (rhel7, for instance),

3. Install leapp in the client

4. Via satellite webUI, execute the leapp preupgrade check

Actual behavior:
In leapp preupgrade report, we can see some issues, and some of them with "Has Remediation". However, most of them are greyed out to select.

Expected behavior:
Once we have the warning, and for some of them we have already the way to fix (pata_acpi) for instance, it should allow us to select and create/apply the fix.
