Problem Statement

Default SCAP content for RHEL 9 is missing in Red Hat Satellite 6.11 and later.

Need this content to be available from following command on Satellite server as other RHEL 7 and RHEL 8 content available:

1. hammer scap-content bulk-upload --type default

User Experience & Workflow

Red Hat Satellite 6.11 and later versions supports RHEL 9 as managed VM. 

In order to configure compliance policy for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 hosts and automate compliance scans from satellite, the RHEL-9 data stream file (ssg-rhel9-ds.xml) is required.

RHEL-8 provides content for (Rhel-6, Rhel-7, and Rhel-8), but not for RHEL 9.

Requirements

Customer wanted this to be available as default.

As per customer:

I wonder why Rhel9 is not simply available as a bulk download as former versions were ?
I loaded meanwhile via "hammer scap-content ...." and kindly ask to deliver scap for RHEL9 on the same source.
Yes, i can do the mentioned hack-a-round but to be honest we do not understand why this should be neccessary ??
