Goal:

• Assess and replace instances of katello-ca rpm in robottelo or satlab
• Add new tests if needed for fallback methods of registration

Acceptance Criteria:

• All uses of katello-ca rpm in robottelo / satlab are removed or replace

Open questions:

• Do we need to add new tests for making sure the old way still works when enabled?
