Description of problem:

Can we limit how wide the box will be? In this case, I'm applying all the errata available in the system, and the horizontal scroll is huge.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Satellite + content host

2. create a katello job, to install all the errata (Install errata by search query - Katello Script Default)

3. Submit it

4. Access the job

5. Click on "Toggle command" button

Actual behavior:the horizontal scroll will be huge, no limit

Expected behavior:

Keep it visible, in the same screen, and if necessary, the scroll only in that specific command area
