1.Create role QA and assign locations and organizations to it same as above. Assign the following 15 filters to it:

2.Create user QA and assign locations, organizations and 'QA' role to it to it.
3.login as 'qa' user in satellite web UI
4. Go to Host -> Create Host -> select Organization ,Location , Content Source -> While selecting 'Lifecycle Environment' It dosnt list any LCE
Actual results:
- In chrome browser if login as 'qa' user and create host unable to select Lifecycle Environment. Drop-dpwn list is empty.
- In mozilla firefox browser if login as 'qa' user ->host -> create host -> select Organization ,Location , Content Source. Not able to list 'Lifecycle Environment'.
But then, after refreshing page , drop-down list shows available 'Lifecycle Environment'.
Expected results:
- Able to list available Lifecycle Environment

Customer is not using particular host group
