Description of problem:

Provisioning RHEL-8 host fails with error "An error occurred during registration attempt triggered by the rhsm kickstart"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Red Hat Satellite (build: 6.16.0)
RHEL 8(Client)

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a HostGroup and set the activation-key in the HostGroup.
2. Deploy a RHEL-8 Host using the same HostGroup.

Actual results:

"An error occurred during the registration attempt triggered by the rhsm kickstart"

Expected results:

The host should be built successfully without any issues.

Additional info:

If the activation-key is dropped from the host parameter, then the build continues without any issues.
