Description of problem:

Unable to add activation-key, during the creation of the HostGroup.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

satellite 16.6

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Satellite GUI > Configure > HostGroup > Fill in all the required details > ( setlifecycle environment and content view )

2. Click on the activation keys tab

Actual results:

No option to add an activation key. The page displays the below message:-

Please select a lifecycle environment and content view to view activation keys.

Expected results:

Should display the option to add activation-keys.

Additional info:

If I click on the submit button and then I edit the HostGroup and click on the activation keys tab, then I get the option to add activation-keys.
