Description of problem:

Cloning "Run preupgrade via Leapp" template creates a duplicate "Job template" while executing it.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clone "Run preupgrade via Leapp"

Satellite WebUI --> Host --> Job Template --> Clone "Run preupgrade via Leapp" --> Submit

2. Run preupgrade check using cloned template.

Satellite WebUI --> Hosts --> All Hosts --> Select Host --> Select Action --> Preupgrade check with Leapp --> Displays 2 job template (refer attachment "image (5).png")

Actual results:

Displays 2 job template

Expected results:

It should show only 1 job template option.

Additional info:

Only issue with Satellite 6.12

Tested on Satellite 6.11, 6.12, 6.13, 6,14 and 6.15
