Description of problem: Organization info --id still returns simple content Access status in API

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an Organization
2.hit the GET /katello/api/organizations/:id endpoint
3.Check that "simple_content_access: true" is returned

Actual results:

"simple_content_access: true" is returned and shown when hitting the /katello/api/organizations/:id endpoint

Expected results:

Simple Content Access is now the default, making this field redundant... Do we still need this in API?
