Performing a Leapp upgrade from RHEL8 to RHEL9 encounters an inhibitor when Leapp fails to recognize Red Hat repository "satellite-client-6-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms".

1. Enabled "satellite-client-6-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms" on RHEL8 client while performing leapp upgrade on RHEL8 client server.
