Chapter 8. Using Report Templates to Monitor Hosts

Describe the issue:

In every new release of Satellite 6, we introduce one or two new report templates but we don't document their use cases anywhere.

Suggestions for improvement:

Satellite 6.10 ships following report templates.

Ansible - Ansible Inventory
Host - Applicable Errata
Host - Applied Errata
Host - compare content hosts packages
Host - Last Checkin
Host - Registered Content Hosts
Host - Statuses
Host - Vulnerabilities
Jobs - Invocation report template
Subscription - Entitlement Report
Subscription - General Report
User - Registered Users

• Please create a section to describe the purpose and use cases of these report templates. One of two lines of short description should be just fine but at least have this documented.

• Also, if some reports specifically rely on some sort of satellite-based actions. Please document the same.

e.g. To be able to work with "Host - Applied Errata", one needs to apply ERRATA using Satellite's REX\katello-agent feature only.
