Hostgroup configurations not populating the Content view

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a hostgroup
2. Satellite GUI > Configure > HostGroup > Create Host Group >
3. Set the name "Test"
Set the content source "Satellite"
Set the Lifecycle Environment "Library"
Content view list is not populated ""

Actual results:

The content view should be listed.

Expected results:

The content view list should be listed. As the Library is set, so Default Organization view should be listed.
