Description of problem:

We should be able to see which Hosts have been added , removed from the Host Collections section and which user has done the actions.

6.6 and later

How reproducible: Can be reproduced

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Hosts -> Hosts Collection.
2. Add/Remove Hosts in the Host Collection.
3. No Satellite audit logs , tasks are generated.

Actual results:

No audit logs under Monitor -> Audits are generated.
No task under Monitor -> Tasks are generated.

Expected results:

There should be some logs so that we can see which user has added/removed the hosts.
