1) Proposed title of this feature request
Host Collections widget in Red Hat Satellite should respect the errata_status_installable setting defined in Administer --> Settings.

2) What is the nature and description of the request?

• The Host Collections dashboard widget is currently
  Red if there are security errata;
  Yellow if there are bugfix errata, and
  Green otherwise.

3) How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

• It should respect the errata_status_installable Setting so that these colors can be based on installable errata and not just applicable, if desired by the user.
