Discovery image not up-to-date with latest RHEL releases

      Description of problem:

      Currently our discovery image is built based on RHEL8.6, limiting deployment on systems that only work with newer RHEL version.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      Expected results: Have a image built over RHEL 8.9
