Description of problem:

When a proxy is created using an IPv6 as URL, it does not work properly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a http proxy on Satellite pointing to an IPv6 url. Example: http://[::1]:3128
2. Ensure your Satellite can't access the CDN without a proxy
3. Try loading going to Content -> Red Hat Repositories

Actual results:
Available repositories are not listed

Expected results:
Proxy to work

Additional info: Easy workaround is to use a FQDN pointing to the proxy address and update the http proxy on satellite.
