With the convert2rhel version 1.7.1 released on March 12 we removed the option to disable telemetry - convert2rhel does not read the CONVERT2RHEL_DISABLE_TELEMETRY env var anymore (RHELC-1397). Customers are now mislead by the conversion Foreman/Satellite job templates - they are allowing them to disable telemetry while in fact the telemetry can't be disabled.

Acceptance criteria:

• The two existing conversion-related job templates are updated to remove the option to disable telemetry
