Description of problem:
I have a customer, who want Red Hat to provide support for External DHCP to Red Hat Satellite as we are shipping KEA-DHCP along with ISC-DHCP with RHEL 8.

Possibility to use REST-API to do all the required workload for DHCP => easy to use implementation in multiple workflow tools, instead of omapi

the web-based dashboard would be a nice to have.
