Unable to generate subnet image from the satellite server.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Followed the steps from the doc to generate the subnet image from the satellite server.

2. For Subnet image:

Actual results:

Failed to download subnet disk image
ERF42-7819 [Foreman::Exception]: Requires a Capsule with template feature // By default the template feature is disabled in the satellite.

Expected results:

Should be able to generate the image from the satellite without any issues.
